🕒 Cloud-Based Attendance Management System

To further improve and ensure accuracy in tracking employee check-in and check-out times, I have recently implemented an efficient attendance management system. Below are the key details of the system: I developed this attendance system specifically for an organization that operates multiple plants located in different regions of Saudi Arabia. At the entry and exit points of these plants, attendance tunnels have been installed. These tunnels are integrated with ZKTeco Eco-brand devices, which are connected to a cloud server through an automated system. These devices continuously push real-time attendance data to the cloud. I compile this data and present it through a dashboard, which provides valuable insights for the HR and Accounts departments. This system has significantly improved efficiency and accuracy for both departments. Authorized personnel, including company owners, HR managers, and administrative staff, can access the system anytime and from anywhere. They can easily retrieve the required attendance records as needed. The cloud server receives data from the machines via the internet connection installed on the devices, ensuring smooth, real-time synchronization across all locations.
